Individual therapy

53 mins$200

We provide individual therapy for adults (18+) online. Each session is approximately 53 minutes and is held once a week. Depending on your presenting issues, treatment can range from a few months to over a year. The first few sessions will be spent on completing the assessment, which is where we’ll examine the various life factors that have been contributing to your problem.

Medication consultation

30 mins$75

There are times when treatment can be most effective with both therapy and medications combined. If we think you could benefit from a medication consultation, we can speak with your primary care provider or psychiatrist about your presenting issues, and they will determine if medication will be appropriate for you. We will then coordinate treatment with your physician so you can get the optimal care that you need.

Company presentations

Pricing varies depending on the needs of the company.

We provide mental health presentations for companies that are seeking to improve the wellbeing of their employees and overall work culture. We provide education about mental health, stress management techniques, interpersonal skills, and strategies to improve productivity and the wellness of the company as a whole.

Payments

We accept all major credit cards. No cash or checks. For ease of processing, we ask that all patients keep a credit card on file in our secure electronic health record system. Payment is required at the time of service.

Insurance

We accept Aetna, Optum, and Cigna.

We also provide superbills, which are essentially receipts for therapy or other healthcare services you receive from an out-of-network therapist or physician. Once the insurance company receives your superbill, they may reimburse you for some of the costs you paid out of pocket.

Cancellation policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, no worries! We understand that life happens, so we will do our best to accommodate your schedule. However, please keep us informed at least 48 hours in advance. If notified less than 48 hours, we will provide a waiver (up to three allowed), but you will incur a $100 cancellation fee thereafter. This is to ensure that we maintain accountability for everyone’s schedule.

No Surprise Act Notice - Section 2799B-6

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance, an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees. Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.

Don’t let the barriers of your schedule and commute hinder you from getting the care you need. With the click of a few buttons, we can provide a convenient access to therapy online.
